Things like hobbies and projects need regular check-ins.
๐ŸŸข Slow Decay (-1 pt/week)
Relationships and long-term goals decay more slowly.
Complete tasks to add points and prevent decay. You can "bank" up to 20 points to build a buffer before busy periods.
